The TIMEOFFICE scheduling software offers a comprehensive range of innovative functions:
PPBV Ready: The Nursing Staff Regulation (PPBV) has been in force since July 1, 2024, and its implementation has been mandatory since January 1, 2025. TIMEOFFICE is already well prepared for this and relieves users through efficient processes for recording, evaluating and automatically reporting to the InEK.
Cross-ward key figures: TIMEOFFICE provides a precise real-time picture of the staffing situation across different locations. This makes it possible to identify bottlenecks at an early stage and to react quickly and appropriately to them. Location boundaries disappear, while personnel management remains clear and dynamic.
Mobile integration: TIMEOFFICE sets new standards in the digital workplace with TIMEOFFICE Mobile. The app integrates employees in a mobile and collaborative way – always at hand and intuitive to use. Particularly advantageous: TIMEOFFICE Mobile Free is already available as a standard version at no extra cost.

We took over the development of the web application for the desktop and mobile versions. The app is written in Vue.js and uses the Vuetify library for the UI design. The app is fully responsive and works on all devices, from smartphones to large desktop monitors. Most importantly, we were also involved in the development of the mobile app, which is available on Android and iOS. The app uses Tauri to create a native app that can be installed on users’ devices. The app is fully offline-capable and automatically synchronizes with the server when an internet connection is available.
